Top 3 Reasons I Chose Jamberry

If you have been following the updates to the website you will have noticed a new Jamberry tab! That's because I took the plunge and decided to go into business as a work-at-home mom (WAHM). As a stay-at-home mom (SAHM), I am always trying to find ways to stay in budget and explore new talents besides being Chief Throne Scrubber and Chauffer. Yes, staying home means more than that, and I am so grateful to have the privilege to raise my babies at home, but with only one income, it is nice to have a little supplemental money. I do occasional babysitting jobs (2-6 months stints as the parents need), but it isn't consistent. I've looked into other endeavors, such as Lularoe, Mary Kay, and a couple others, which are fabulous products as well, but it just never was the right fit. And then I found Jamberry. I've used Jamberry for a couple of years now, but never looked into the business side of it. Then a friend of mine, who is also a Jamberry Independent Consultant, asked if I had looked into selling it. After asking a ton of questions and emails back and forth, I decided it was worth the try! At a minimal buy-in, my husband and I thought it could be a good idea to try it out. So WHY Jamberry?

1. Work from Home:

I can run my business from home! Our computer is in the family/dining room where my kids play, watch TV, do crafts, eat, etc. so to run a party or respond to questions from clients is quick and easy while simultaneously keeping an eye on the kids. My eldest son helps me sort sample requests and drop the mail off at the post office. I can check on something in the middle of the night or on the road. A lot is done online, and my nails do most of the in-person advertising. I'm essentially a walking billboard simply by wearing products I love! Jamberry is all about family and building relationships, not simply moving product, which makes them an appealing company to work for. And honestly? It's fun!

2. Mom & Budget Friendly:

I don't know about you, but if I actually take the time to sit and paint my nails, it takes an inordinate amount of time and they always get messed up. :/ What's great about Jamberry wraps is that I can apply one or two, change a diaper, apply three more, answer the door, etc. and they don't get messed up! Why? No dry time! It really is fabulous as a mother. Another reason I love them is because they are relatively budget friendly. To go get my nails "done" at a salon weekly, or even bi-weekly, is simply too cost prohibitive. A sheet of wraps has a minimum of 2 manicures (can last up to 2 weeks) and 2 pedicures (can last up to 6 weeks) and only costs $15. They also offer a deal of Buy 3 Get 1 Free (except for premium wraps such as those for charity and The Disney Collection by Jamberry), which is a great way to share with friends, buy inexpensive gifts, etc. With such a great product that I personally use and love, I figure why not share that love with others?

3. Quality Product:

Jamberry is a business founded by wonderful women with strong family values and integrity.

The people behind Jamberry care about creating products that promote nail health. Jamberry products are made in the USA and contain less chemicals than many products in the market today. The nail wraps are latex and gluten free as well as Vegan (cruelty free). They come in a variety of designs and finishes, which makes doing your nails that much more fun! Their TrūShine gel products are free of the top 5 carcinogens that other gel products contain. The LED curing lamp utilizes LED light to harden Jamberry TruShine Gel Enamel to a perfect finish in half the time of UV gel lamps. Why does that matter? Two reasons: 1) Less curing time means more time to go about your day, 2) Regular UV gel lamps have been linked to many cases of skin cancer. By using an LED light, the risk of skin cancer drops dramtically, thus making it safer to use and still get fabulous, long-lasting nail color. As you can see, products that are quality, easy to use, and that promote nail health.

I'm grateful to have found a product that I believe to be less hazardous to my health and a company that cares about quality and family support. I am so grateful to have found this opportunity to work from home for a company that sells products I love and believe in. And I am grateful I can share all of this with you-my friends! :D

Smiles,

Madeline
