How to Get Birds Out of the Garage
It's that time of year again when the weather is (stormily) warming up, bringing on the first flowers of spring. The Iris and Tulip leaves are already popping up in my front yard and it brings up happy giggles every time I see them. And every morning I can hear the birds happily chirping just before sunrise.
Ahhh Spring. Love birds are flying around finding places to next and then they spot it: your open garage door. *facepalm*
You could be chasing those birds with a broom for HOURS while they dive bomb your head.
OR...try a less dangerous approach.
How to Easily Get Birds Out of the Garage
1. Take a picture. You'll want to share the memory.
2. Close your garage door until there is only about a 6" opening.
3. Turn off all the lights in the garage and shut the door to the house.
4. WAIT...it should take less than an hour, but could take longer.
The birds are attracted to the light and fresh air, so with all of the doors closed and lights off, they will eventually find their way out. That's it! Good luck. :)
