Spring is finally here! And with it, the hope of warmth and blooming flowers and willows. What better time to release my newest pattern "Blossom Bunny"! Just in time to make for Easter and perfect for decorating and playing.

I was planning to also sell the actually bunny I made, but my son has claimed it as his own, so for now, the pattern will just have to do! Below is the FREE pattern, but if you'd like to buy a clean printable version without ads, it can be purchased on Etsy and Ravelry at your convenience.

This pattern is written using US terms and is done in multiple small sections (in the round) that are stuffed and sewn together. Eyes and face are 100% optional (super cute both ways). If you don't have the right hook, always err on the side of slightly smaller if possible-it helps keep the stitches tight. And most of all-have fun. ;)

Materials

Yarn: Approx. 250 meters in worsted weight (size 4) in white or cream and approx. 75 meters worsted weight (size 4) in blue.

Hook: G/4.00mm

Other: Yarn Needle and scissors, eyes if desired, Polyfil stuffing

Sew Dress

Place choke around the neck, and sew seam up and down the back.

Next, sewing to the top of the dress body, attach yoke at the base of the dc's so there is a little fringe when completed. When at the base of the arm, sew through the body of the bunny to the other side of the arm 2-3 times, attaching the yoke and dress at those points. Continue around and repeat at the other arm. Finish in the back, tying off and weaving in tail of sewing yarn.
